About Us – Stable State Oasis

Stable State Oasis is an arm of Think Wellness. Think Wellness is governed by a Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight, guidance, and accountability. The Board comprises three members: Shannon Wilson, Kirk‑Waldo Wilson, and Pauline Bell.

Shannon Wilson, Director - Stable State OasisShannon Wilson – Director
Shannon Wilson holds a first degree in English and is currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition, which aligns closely with the organization’s focus on holistic health and wellness. In addition to her role on the Board, she works part-time in the clinic and is responsible for:

  • Bookkeeping and basic financial record-keeping
  • Procurement and purchasing of supplies
  • Concept development and design for therapy projects
  • Assisting with the creation and coordination of video and audio promotional materials

Kirk-Waldo Wilson, Director - Stable State OasisKirk‑Waldo Wilson – Director
Kirk‑Waldo Wilson (Incoming Medical Student), holds a first degree in Medical Sciences. His academic background provides a strong understanding of health, anatomy, and evidence-informed practice, which supports the clinical credibility of Think Wellness. As a Board member, he contributes to strategic decision-making and quality assurance. He also:

  • Provides general editing and quality review of therapy products and services
  • Supplies and supports audio content for video and digital products.

Pauline Bell, Director - Stable State OasisPauline Bell – Director and Clinical Lead
Pauline Bell is the founder of Think Wellness and serves as both a Director and the primary clinical practitioner. She holds a general degree with an emphasis in Guidance and Counselling, providing a strong foundation in human behavior, communication, and supportive interventions. Pauline is certified in Advanced Life Skills Coaching and Spiritual Coaching, equipping her with specialized tools to help clients navigate personal growth, mindset shifts, and life transitions.

Pauline is also a certified herbalist, which enhances her ability to integrate holistic wellness principles into Think Wellness’ services. Additionally, she is a registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer; her training included extensive patient care, anatomy, and physiology. This unique combination of academic training, professional certifications, and clinical experience significantly strengthens her expertise and directly supports the wellness-focused model of Think Wellness.

In her operational role, Pauline is responsible for:

  • Conducting all client wellness assessments
  • Designing and delivering coaching and wellness programs
  • Overseeing clinical standards and service quality
  • Leading the development of new wellness products and services
