How credible is the instructor?
Pauline holds a general degree with a focus on Guidance and Counselling. She is certified in Advanced Life Skills Coaching and Spiritual Coaching. Pauline is also a certified herbalist and a registered diagnostic medical sonographer. All these qualifications greatly enhance her expertise and directly support the wellness-oriented approach of Stable State Oasis.
What is the format of the courses?
- Short script, video or audio lessons on themes like beliefs, self-discovery, boundaries, expectations, and more lessons that directly impact your experience of grounding.
- Guided practices you can repeat (breath, body awareness, journaling, contemplative prompts, autosuggestions).
- Simple worksheets/reflection prompts to help you integrate insights into daily life.
- Designed as calm, structured journeys—not information overload.
How much time do I need, and is it flexible?
- There is no fixed schedule you must follow.
- Many members spend 15–30 minutes a few times a week.
- You can pause, resume, and revisit lessons whenever you need.
- Stable State Oasis is built to honour your real life and your nervous system, not pressure you to “keep up.”
Do I have to follow the courses in a specific order?
- No. There is a suggested path (starting with foundations like beliefs and grounding).
- You are free to begin where you’re most called—beliefs, boundaries, self-discovery, etc.
- You’ll get gentle guidance, but you’re trusted to know what you need first.
Will the topics align with my personal goals?
Stable State Oasis is a good fit if your goals include:
- Feeling more grounded and at home in your body.
- Understanding why you react the way you do.
- Building self‑trust and inner steadiness.
- Creating a life that feels more truthful, spacious, and aligned with your values.
It’s not a good fit if you only want quick productivity hacks or purely performance‑driven change.
Can I focus on a specific area (beliefs, boundaries, etc.)?
- Yes. Courses are organized into themed journeys.
- You can:
- Devote a month to one theme (e.g., Beliefs & Expectations).
- Move slowly through a single course.
- Or weave two related themes together.
- Your current season and personal goals guide what you choose.
What if my goals change over time?
- That’s expected and welcomed.
- You can revisit lessons, choose new themes, and delve into practices that spoke to you before.
- Stable State Oasis is designed as an ongoing space to grow with, not a one‑time program.
How “spiritual” is this? Will it conflict with my beliefs?
- Stable State Oasis is philosophically spiritual, not tied to any one religion.
- We explore ideas like inner ground, truth, presence, and self‑trust.
- You’re invited to interpret this in a way that fits your own worldview.
- The focus is on feeling more rooted and honest in yourself, not on adopting specific spiritual doctrines.
Is there any live interaction or community?
At this stage, Stable State Oasis is a quiet, self‑paced space. There is no live interaction yet. This allows you to move at your own rhythm without social pressure. Over time, we may introduce optional live circles based on member interest.”
What kind of support is available if I feel stuck?
